  • Empty Waste Receptacles, Wash and Replace Liners
  • Sweep and Vacuum all Interior Carpets and Mats
  • Perform Unlicensed Light Maintenance Duties
  • Report Need of Licensed Maintenance Issues to Manager

Exterior Parking Lot/Landscape Services

  • Monitor and Maintain the Exterior Common Areas.
  • Monitor Parking Lots to Confirm Kept Neat and Clean.
  • ‹Pick Up and Remove Litter and Debris from Exterior Parking Lot, and Common Areas.
  • ‹‹Empty all Waste Receptacles, Wash and Replace Liners.
  • Clean and Wipe all Exterior Windows of Buildings.
  • Monitor and ‹Service Outside Patios, Playgrounds, Swimming Pools and Recreational Areas.
  • Remove Unauthorized Soliciting Fliers and Materials.
